Whether you have a new home or an established back yard, your outdoor space is an extension of your home and a place that you love. ? Perhaps you simply need some advice on how to proceed to the next steps?
Our one hour Garden Inspection and Consultation gives you time to discuss all your questions about your landscape. Our Certified Landscape Designer Jodie brings over 20 years of landscape experience when she walks through your property with you to discuss your goals for your property and answer your questions!
Examples of items that will be discussed during the visit include:
- discuss problem areas and how to remedy them
- identify plant materials and recommend which to keep and which to remove
- offer pruning advice
- offer design advice
A formal report will be forwarded following the visit.

Landscape Design services are recommended if you are tackling a project that involves any hardscaping (patios, decks, walkways), a larger project that you will be doing in phases or simply a project where you want a solid plan of “what to do”.

A landscape project can be a complex renovation. There can be multiple trades involved and coordinating everyone and all the materials to be on the site at the right time can be a headache for the homeowner.
We at Landscape Designs by Jodie Munshaw can coordinate both the materials and resources to ensure your project runs smoothly and with minimal disruption to you and your neighbours. We will take all parts of the project and see them through and communicate with you on a predetermined schedule to keep you up to date on the progress.
By having us manage your project, we can be on-site to help foresee problems before they arise and quickly work on a solution. The end result – a beautiful outdoor space you can enjoy for many years!

PLANTS, PLANTS AND MORE PLANTS!
Once you have your design is completed and you are ready to proceed to the next step, I can assist you with sourcing and ordering your plants and having them delivered to your site. The benefit of this service is this will ensure you receive the plants that are in your design in the correct quantities and if a substitution needs to be made it will be suitable for your site.
I can also arrange to be on site when plants arrive to assist you with laying out the plants for installation or arrange to have one of my contractors plant them for you.

Complete your outdoor living space with help selecting the finishing touches. Let us bring some fresh eyes to your space and help you select the final pieces to make your outdoor space "pop". We can assist in helping you select and source all your accessories and arrange for delivery and set-up.
